True structural empowerment means replacing charity with sustainable vocational independence. Our vocational cohort has successfully trained, certified, and gifted heavy-duty pedal sewing machines to 150 determined women across isolated agrarian villages. These vocational tools allow local graduates to form sewing circles and clothing repair setups, generating sustainable domestic revenue without relying on migration. Khusi's field teams also help them connect with urban fashion distributors, establishing direct trade links and independent livelihoods.
